Received email that my home insurance auto payment could not be processed. I immediately updated my credit information online and made payment. Today, I received registered letter about about same non payment issue. With this letter, I approached BCAA office at Lansdowne Mall and inquired about this issue to the receptions agent Amy. Instead of a simple payment verification via her computer, she elected to waste my time with numerous unrelated questions. Answer could have been provided me within a minute or two rather than waste over 15 minutes of her & my time.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
