I have membership if BCAA and today my car tire's get flatten and call to the BCAA. They gave me 2 hours waiting period. It was very rainy and cold day and i was at my work site parking lot.Then I called to my brother and he hepled and I reached home. After 4 hours BCAA customer service agent called me and told me our driver is near to your location. I cancelled my visit. I feel t ocancel my memebership with them
