I had to sit on the side of Hwy 19 just south of Campbell River when my 2001 Honda Civic decided to take a break(down). Unfortunately, there has been a serious accident earlier in the day involving several vehicles on the Gold River Hwy, which held up my tow for almost 7hrs. That was not my drivers fault, but he was very apologetic about my wait. He arrived, after giving me a heads up, and was not only pleasant but very professional. I was tired and frankly over sitting on the side of the Hwy for all those hours.... But Driver 116 John made my mood instantly better and lightened the atmosphere.John got me into Willow Point safely and with a smile.Good Job, John Coastline Towing Driver 116!!!!
