After 10 years of paying premiums for BCAA service, I have had 2 incidences this year.First time, they never showed up, paid for a local towing service to get my car to a repair shop.Second time, stuck on Hwy #1, placed on hold then 15 minutes later, was disconnected. Tried again to find I was now behind 8 others, just to talk to them.
