The service has a very low approval rating, and it's easy to see why. Constant denials and tactics to stall claims, along with rude customer service representatives providing inconsistent information, are major issues. I've had to speak to multiple agents about the same problem without any follow-up or resolution. The increasing rate of claim denials is concerning, especially for those of us who are contributing to the system. Overall, this service has been extremely disappointing for our union members, with high premiums and large deductibles affecting our finances.
