My experience with this company was terrible. I called multiple times in one day, and every single time they hung up on me without resolving anything. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable behavior. They show no respect for their customers’ time or concerns. It is extremely frustrating dealing with such an incompetent and unreliable company. I regret choosing this insurance.

The WORST! Try to call them and get someone on the phone. yes, they will answer and you will give them your information, they will ask for a call back number in case you get disconnected and then after you go through all of the details they need, they will disconnect and never call you back. This has happened so many times. SO unprofessional and it's hard to understand what they are saying on the other end. Just terrible.

To even open the app you have to wait anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. This is completely unacceptable for a business of their size. It almost feels as if they want to cause the customer to give up and try again later. Which later could result in a late fee. Completely ridiculous.

Extremely poor service from the representative

The service provided by the representative was appalling; he simply instructed me to call the customer support number, and when I asked for the complete number, he abruptly ended the call. His demeanor was quite rude, and it felt like he had no interest in assisting me. The company should consider improving their hiring practices for insurance agents.

The company has a very low approval rating, and it's easy to see why. There are constant denials and delays in processing claims, along with unhelpful customer service that provides conflicting information. I've had to speak with numerous representatives about the same issue, with no follow-up or clarity regarding approval or denial letters. The increase in claim denials is concerning, especially as it feels like the system is overwhelmed. Overall, this insurance provider has proven to be extremely disappointing, especially given the high premiums and deductibles that burden members.

Constant denials and tactics to stall claims, along with rude customer service representatives providing inconsistent information, are major issues. I've had to speak to multiple agents about the same problem without any follow-up or resolution. The increasing rate of claim denials is concerning, especially for those of us who are contributing to the system. Overall, this service has been extremely disappointing for our union members, with high premiums and large deductibles affecting our finances.

Feels Like a Scam

We have no choice but to use this so-called 'affordable' option from my husband's employer. It's far from affordable and offers minimal coverage. Whether a procedure is deemed 'medically necessary' seems arbitrary and only determined after the fact. This situation feels deeply wrong, and it's disheartening to think that those responsible should reflect on their actions.

I was on hold for over two hours just to ask a five-minute question. The service I received once I finally got through was disappointing. Blaming the wait on open enrollment is not an acceptable excuse. It's frustrating that they can't provide better assistance.

A big shout out to the customer service representative who hung up on me as soon as I mentioned needing help with my father's plan. It seems like they only want to take calls that will benefit their commission. This experience has been very disappointing, and I will advise others against using this service.

Disgraceful Service

This service is a disgrace, and their denial system seems designed to prevent access to necessary care. They denied my MRIs without justification, while approving the same for my spouse. The inconsistency and incompetence are alarming. We pay a significant amount annually, yet receive nothing but denials and frustration. This feels less like insurance and more like a scam.
