There are constant denials and delays in processing claims, along with unhelpful customer service that provides conflicting information. I've had to speak with numerous representatives about the same issue, with no follow-up or clarity regarding approval or denial letters. The increase in claim denials is concerning, especially as it feels like the system is overwhelmed. Overall, this insurance provider has proven to be extremely disappointing, especially given the high premiums and deductibles that burden members.
