Ordered and paid for Fishing gear 2/12/2020. Packed and ready for dispatch 3/12/2020. Dispatched 3/12/2020 as 2 parcels at the same time. Both parcels scheduled for delivery on 23/12/2020. 1st parcel delivered 21/12/2020. Enquiries on second parcel to be delivered on 31/12/2020. Further enquiries have found that the parcel is in a couriers depot awaiting shipment sometime next week unable to tell me what day. BCF's enquiries and online shopping is useless as are their delivery partners comprising of shippit who contacted the delivery to couriers please
