I cannot recommend this service. After placing my order, I arrived on the scheduled pickup date only to find nothing available (a 1.5 hour drive round trip). When I called for clarification, the representative responded with unprofessional language. They mentioned sending some complimentary items, but nothing arrived with my order, which was already two weeks late. Additionally, one of the bags I received was slightly underweight. I attempted to call back but only reached voicemail, and although I received a text stating I would be contacted, no follow-up occurred. It feels like a disorganized operation, lacking professionalism.
