I recently completed the Level 2 certification in counselling skills via the Distance Learning Program and I cannot recommend these courses and BCOT enough. Fantastic communication to get set up, brilliant support from the team with any questions or queries, challenging yet accessible course content, it’s a 5 out of 5 from me!
I received great guidance and the courae is very well structured and easy to navigate, I managed to access resources from my laptop as well as from my phone without problem.Everytime I was jn doubt about something I received very quick assistance and guidance, as well as constructive feedbacks on each sessions competition
It was easy to do on the computer and the time allocated was sufficient.The tutor is there if you have any questions and when they mark your module will give you feedback on what more you need to do. If you find you can't finish it in the time allocated you can contact them and they will give you a bit more time.I enjoyed doing this course and would do another one.
