This company is a sham. The product they put out is miserable and poor quality. I got so frustrated that I just stopped having them revise it but eventually it felt like it would take me so much time it would basically be a complete rewrite. I demanded a refund and was refused.
Don't use them. They will take your money and give you trash.
You are better off using AI to write your entire resume, cover letter and thank you email included. I had paid 167 dollars for a resume that was seemingly done by a blind man that was having a stroke. I have highlighted run-off sentences, incorrect punctuation, poor english, poor grammar, poor layouts, poor everything. I gave them a second chance and nothing was better, nothing was different or even slightly improved upon. I have screenshots, and downloaded the entire PDF just to rip it apart as if I'm an English teacher. I just wanted an experienced pair of eyes on my resume. To give me an example of where I can improve, how I can do better, etc. Wrong. I gave them 167 dollars for useless resume. If I do not get a refund, or if they tell me my refund is only refundable if I give them a "good review" I am calling my bank, I am filing for scam or fraud and I'm going to the BBB to file a complaint. I am telling you it was that awful. I have proof.
