This was the second time I’ve ordered a plant from be.green. The first time my pachira tree arrived with all branches broken. I thought I’d give it a try after a year and order another plant, this time a Monstera, I even contacted them to make sure my plant would be delivered with care. What a disappointment, when I opened the box half of the branches were broken especially the ones with the biggest leaves. I contacted them with photo proof and and after several email they finally reply and they said the plant looked healthy…omg!!! Wish I could add the photos on here. It was broken all over and I did mention even before they sent it that it was a gift. Nothing was done about it, customer service didn’t care for the buyer or for the plant for that matter. I will NOT buy again from them and neither will my friends and family anymore. Very sad and very frustrating.
