No delivery and no customer support. I ordered a tree on December 8th and am still waiting as of December 20th. Be cautious, as the website claims delivery times they can't meet. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response and my refund is still pending. This feels like fraud!

My item wasn't delivered, and it appears I won't get my money back due to a lack of customer service. It's just another case of an AI bot failing to provide real assistance, suggesting I send yet another message to the contact form.
