The return form leads to an error page, making it impossible to get a return ticket. It seems unlikely I will receive the second plant or a refund. I advise you to reconsider ordering from this company. I am thinking about seeking legal assistance, as I have learned I am not the only one facing this issue. I cannot endorse this website!
