Indicated it needed to be e-tickets -- after payment I noticed I would receive 3/5 in fysical format -- too late.- impossible to change order yourself online- impossible to contact someone over the weekendCalled on Monday morning, needed to call 5(!!) times, and run through all the options - that cut me off and send me back to the website - before speaking to an actual person, who was then rude and not willing to help."If you would have made your order 5 min ago, I could change, now there is nothing I can do. You need to return the items and pay the costs for it".I don't recommend and next time, I look for other presents.
