its data mining company. they force you to create an account just to be able to use your giftcard. then they try and make you agree to share you data and birthday etc with partners of theirs. Don't buy this, they sell your data. A gift should not require you to make an account with a company and give your information
Rather disappointing. The voucher value 100 eur. We had no flexibility in choosing what we would eat - we got starter (speciality of the house) and main dish. Not even soft drinks included. Not really willing to repeat - as you have a feeling of ‘worse category ‘ customer, even though 100 eur is well overpaid for what we got
I booked Hotel Bero through Wonderbox with my gift cheque and was clearly shown a total price of €0.00 (except local taxes) with written confirmation. After confirming, I suddenly received a booking confirmation of the hotel for €102.58 extra, plus a €3 pp city tax. This is exactly what I was told wouldn’t happen. Wonderbox has been slow and unhelpful so far. The platform is also cumbersome—you spend ages finding something that fits, only to be hit with unexpected costs. This feels like a breach of what was advertised and agreed.
Ordered 5 boxes at once, different experiences. Indicated it needed to be e-tickets -- after payment I noticed I would receive 3/5 in fysical format -- too late.- impossible to change order yourself online- impossible to contact someone over the weekendCalled on Monday morning, needed to call 5(!!) times, and run through all the options - that cut me off and send me back to the website - before speaking to an actual person, who was then rude and not willing to help."If you would have made your order 5 min ago, I could change, now there is nothing I can do. You need to return the items and pay the costs for it".I don't recommend and next time, I look for other presents.
We got offered a Wonderbox for our anniversary. When we wanted to use it and used to activation code of the box online, the website of Wonderbox.de issued a validation date of 01.03.0001, so the box was no longer valid. After asking help at the Service Center of Wonderbox online, no one cared to help with this issue. So money stolen.
