As a long-time member, I enjoyed some of the instructors, but my financial situation changed due to health issues. I received a vague email about my membership renewal and was charged £179 without proper notification. My appeal was met with automated messages, and after going through a formal process, I was still denied. It's deceitful and disappointing.
