I ordered a dress from Beachsissi 3 weeks ago. Of course they deducted their money, $50 from my bank account immediately. Their shipper Uni Uni stated delivery was made over seven days ago. Since that time I have had no less than 10 back-and-forth emails with customer support, Ivy in particular, to straighten out the situation. The shippers proof of delivery is nothing more than a picture of the package showing a partial name and just my street name no address. Not the package on my porch or in my mailbox.Initially, I was told to contact my postal carrier with the shipper’s number to track the package. Of course USPS does not use that particular type of tracking number so no resolution there. I was then instructed to contact the shipper. Uni Uni to assess whether or not the item had been delivered. After nearly 4 days I still have no response.This company does absolutely nothing to satisfy the customer and leaves the responsibility of finding a package on the customer. Not themselves, not the shipping agent, but their customer! I have since turned this over to my bank for investigation and attempted refund of my charges.If I were you, I would not order from Beachsissi. They provide absolutely no phone number to call for help and their company practices for satisfying a customer & resolution of an issue are beyond horrible & completely unsatisfactory!
