Do not buy from this company. I paid for expedited shipping and it took 4 weeks! I asked customer service to cancel part of my order bc it wouldn’t get to me on time and the rep forgot to do it so the clothes showed up anyways. They will only refund 15%. If you need a new size or don’t like the material of something, you have to pay to ship it back to China for only a partial refund! I’ve never dealt with a company this bad before! BEWARE!!!!
The swim suits pictured in their online ads are NOT the swimsuit you will receive. What I received yesterday -- the bikini top had no clasp whatsoever -- it was more of a bralette style you have to put on over your head. Further, there is no underwire or other similar support -- also not as pictured. The bottom swim skirt was barely big enough for a toddler whereas the top fit fine. There is no option to order different sized tops and bottoms which would be fine if there wasn't such a large size disparity. Further, I woke up this morning covered in hives everywhere that the bikini touched my skin. I am now incurring medical expenses due to their chemicals or fabrics. And I am not a highly allergic person. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Horrible return policy and horrible customer service. Spent nearly $200 on items that don't fit but was going to cost me $90 to return with only the "possibility" of them receiving it and giving me any kind of credit. Will never purchase from this company again. I even paid for expedited shipping and it did not arrive in the time frame promised and did not make it in time for my vacation. They wouldn't even refund me my expedited shipping. And VERY slow response if you send them an email. Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.
I ordered from Beachsissi with the understanding they were in the USA. They promised reasonable delivery (7-9 days). I then received updates from China concerning tracking, etc. Received the shipment a week after promised. All four items were poorly constructed and VERY small. Unwearable. I've been trying to deal with the company to no avail. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE.
Do not order!! I ordered 2 swimsuits and was unhappy with the support and sizing. Returning them was virtually impossible. They discourage it due to the expense to ship to China, instead they offered a discount on a future item. No way! Terrible customer service/ non-existent. Would never had ordered if I had done my research.
I received my order however the items received looked nothing like what they looked like on their site. Therefore, I returned the items according to their instructions. Paid for the shipping charges (both ways) And it arrived but they refuse to handle the customs clearance in china and the said that they will not refund me. They are a scam site and unreliable. Stay away from them for your on good.
Well if you want to return and pay for your item to go back to China, that is all they offer on refunds. Or you can keep your items for an exchange. If you bought 3 items you can keep your items and exchange it for 1 free item. All of my items were too small. I thought they would send me the next size up. Oh no I can have 1 item in this exchange. I told them to keep it. This process took 4 days of back and forth. Just don't buy from Beachsissi.com buy from a 3rd party seller.
