I ordered a dress in January and it is now about to be April and I’ve never received it. Tracking hasn’t changed since February. Customer service has been no help. All I want now is a full refund since I clearly won’t be receiving the dress I ordered. They also won’t give me a refund and keep telling me it’s “on the way”. If I could give this company zero stars I would.
