I ordered a swimsuit and the size was too big even though I based it on the info in their listing. I emailed them right away and they didn't reply for days. they said they would send out a new suit and I would just need to pay for shipping. Which I agreed to since I had bought it for vacation and needed it asap. Well they were supposed to send me a link and I never heard from them again and now I have a suit that I paid for which doesn't fit. Total crap company and crappy service.
