I bought a swimsuit back in April and it was too big and the bottoms were cricket. It didn’t fit so I returned it. I gave him about a month or so get my refund still hasn’t gotten my refund. All I get is an answer from them. this is still in customs for spinning customs for two months, and I asked them Who is responsible for getting that swimsuit for customs and they didn’t have an answer for me so now it is almost July and all they’re offering me a 15% back of my money which I don’t think is acceptable. They know my swimsuit sitting in cats customs they know that I sent the swimsuit back. I believe that they should refund me at least half and then when they go pick it up or whoever gets it then they can refund my the rest of my money. I’m afraid that they’re not gonna ever refund my money I will never do business with this company again and neither should you. They aren’t very customer oriented and I have been trying to get them to give me a refund and they just act like they don’t care. Oh well be sure you check it out and be sure you know what you’re doing before you buy from this company horrible customer service and I still don’t have my money back.
