I confronted the caller today about the scam and refused to pay more. He claimed I was in the minority of clients and that not paying would hinder my booking ability. I expressed my dissatisfaction, having spent all that money thinking I’d get multiple holidays, which is crucial since my partner has dementia and traveling can be challenging.
