I bought a holiday last year for over £200 but never got to use it. Instead, I was constantly pestered with calls asking when I would book my holiday. Eventually, I foolishly purchased another voucher for £359 to be used within three years. Since January, I have received multiple calls each week, often twice a day, asking when I would take my holidays. Today, I lost my temper and demanded my £359 back, citing harassment. They flatly refused to refund me. I plan to escalate this matter for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
