Everything started positively when my order was dispatched the same day. However, after a few weeks, I received no updates. When I reached out to the company, I was informed they only communicate via email. I emailed customer service, only to be told it was my responsibility to contact the courier since my order was dispatched. I reminded them that my agreement was with the company, so they should inform me about my product's location. They claimed it had been delivered and advised me to contact the courier again. Thankfully, the courier's tracking indicated they were still awaiting receipt, which I provided as evidence. Eventually, the company offered a full refund, but only after I had to challenge them three times!
