Everything began positively when my order was dispatched on the same day. However, after that, there were no updates. After a couple of weeks, I reached out to the company, only to find out they only communicate via email. I contacted customer service and was informed that since it had been dispatched, it was my responsibility to check with the courier about its whereabouts. I reminded them that my agreement was with the company, so it was their duty to inform me about my product's status. In reply, they claimed it had already been delivered and suggested I contact the courier again. Thankfully, the courier's tracking indicated they were still waiting to receive it, which I provided as proof. Eventually, the company did offer a full refund, but only after I challenged them three times!

I was eager to love this curling iron, marketed as salon-quality with a premium price. Unfortunately, it malfunctioned shortly after the one-year mark, and the company's response was merely: 'Sorry, here’s $20 toward another purchase.' There were no repair options, no replacement parts, and no accountability. It feels like once you're out of the limited warranty, you're on your own, even if the product clearly failed. It’s disheartening to see influencers receiving free tools and top support while paying customers are left with overpriced products and a coupon. I won't purchase again; I prefer to invest in a brand that stands behind its products and values all customers, not just those with a following.
I've never seen anything like this before... A hair tool that overheats yet fails to create lasting curls. How can a tool become so hot and still not perform? I don't understand the design, but it's definitely overpriced for its functionality. I own many curling irons, and most can hold curls for a week. With this one, they drop after an hour, and my hair returns to straight. Despite curling each strand for 10-15 seconds, my hair is damaged, and the curls are completely gone.
The quality is terrible; the first one broke, then the replacement also broke, and the company offered no assistance. They only provide a 90-day warranty on replacements, and it was lucky if it was used six times. Do not purchase this; it's a poor investment.
I previously praised the company for replacing my faulty product purchased in August. Now, just over a year later, my second item has broken again due to the same issue with the clip. After reading online reviews, this seems to be a common problem; it’s disappointing because I love this styling tool and receive many compliments on my hair. I'm hesitant to recommend it now. My wand is over a year old; I'll contact customer service, but given the reviews, I'm not optimistic about a replacement.
I had a shocking experience with this company. I purchased these as a Christmas gift last year, and after only five uses, the clasp broke. It’s an expensive product for such limited use, and the company showed no interest in helping me. Don’t waste your money.
