I previously praised the company for replacing my faulty product purchased in August. Now, just over a year later, my second item has broken again due to the same issue with the clip. After reading online reviews, this seems to be a common problem; it’s disappointing because I love this styling tool and receive many compliments on my hair. I'm hesitant to recommend it now. My wand is over a year old; I'll contact customer service, but given the reviews, I'm not optimistic about a replacement.
