I received a curler as a gift (item was ordered 1 week before gift was opened). I have bad arthritis and my husband thought this would be a good curling iron for me to use as it would be easy on my wrists. Turns out I could not use it, but because he bought the item on sale, the company will not allow a return. When I complained, they then offered a store credit. There is nothing I want from the online store. Now stuck with a curling iron I never used and will not use.
