CAUTION: Poor Return Policy

CAUTION: I bought a backup curling wand during a Black Friday sale. Although it wasn't marked as a final sale item, I was still unable to return or exchange it for a larger model. I recommend reviewing the return policy of the company carefully, as they don't make it clear during the purchase that items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. I found the customer support to be lacking. There are many other options available for this type of product, so consider spending your money elsewhere.

Needs more customer service agents

I preordered in October with a shipping date of November 1st-30th. After no updates, I emailed them. It took over a week and multiple emails to get a response. They claimed to have emailed me, but I received nothing, and my ship date was pushed to March! During the conversation, I suddenly received all the emails at once. Seven months for hair product production? I ultimately canceled my order and expressed my frustration about the lack of communication. Mistakes happen, but a week to respond to existing customers is unacceptable.
