Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The communication from the team was rude and unprofessional, marked by constant lateness and a lack of care for their work. They frequently forgot important details and had a sarcastic tone, often ignoring our messages. We selected a builder based on our initial meeting, yet the individuals who showed up for the build were entirely different. The building manager was unaware of our builder choice, leading to wasted time in a meeting that lasted only five minutes. We were told demolition would begin the following week, but it didn’t start until three weeks later. There was zero communication with the build team, forcing us to repeat our wishes even after detailed discussions with the designer, who insisted on design choices we didn't want, making the process very stressful. The builders often strayed from the design, leading to significant delays as they had to reorder materials and redo wiring. Despite knowing we needed the job completed urgently, they worked well past their estimated deadline, creating stress right before our holiday. They neglected to deliver cabinetry on time, leaving it incomplete and improperly installed. In their rush to meet the deadline, they left us with a leaking toilet and other unfinished tasks, while pressuring us to pay the full price despite the job not being signed off. Once we paid, they became reluctant to finish the outstanding work. We had hoped for a positive experience from a reputable company, especially after previous scams, but were left thoroughly disappointed.
