Our experience with the service was very disappointing from beginning to end. The communication from the team was unprofessional, with rudeness from both the designer and building manager, and a lack of attention to detail. They constantly forgot important aspects, and any attempts to communicate were met with sarcasm and ignored messages. We selected a builder, but the crew that arrived was entirely different, which was frustrating. The building manager was unaware of our builder choice, leading to wasted time in a meeting that lasted only a few minutes. Although we were told demolition would start the following week, it actually began three weeks later. Communication with the construction team was virtually nonexistent, forcing us to repeat our preferences despite having discussed everything in detail with the designer, who was pushing unwanted design choices. This made the process incredibly stressful. There were multiple instances where the builders did not adhere to the agreed-upon design, such as tiling areas meant to be painted, which resulted in delays for additional materials and rewiring due to poor planning. They knew we needed the project completed quickly, yet they worked well past their promised timeline, right up until the day before our holiday, adding to our stress. They were supposed to deliver cabinetry at the project's start but forgot, leading to last-minute installation that was incomplete, including missing handles for a push-to-open mechanism we ordered. In an attempt to meet their deadline, they hurried through the job, leaving us with a leaking toilet and no bath plug just before our holiday. Despite the unfinished work, the service pressured us to pay in full, which we did to avoid hassle while away. Upon our return, they were reluctant to finish the remaining tasks. We had hoped for a positive experience from a reputable company, especially after previous scams, but we were left disappointed.
