Although they claim it to keep the temperature for up to an hour, it hardly lasts 20 minutes - I therefore inquired via email for a return label (which is free and you can request within 14 days even without explanation, according to their website). I didn't get a reply for 10 days now, nor to the second mail I sent. Their strategy obviously is to make the return process as effortful as possible, hoping for parts of their customers to just give up along the way - what a shame!
