Bearaby is the best! I love their products and their customer service is equally top-notch. I contacted customer support twice about 3 orders that I sent as Christmas presents. Both times, I got quick, friendly responses that actually answered my questions and resolved my issue, which had nothing to do with Bearaby but UPS. For some reason, UPS didn't deliver my 2nd package and returned it to Bearaby, stating they couldn't find my in-laws' house when UPS already delivered the first package to the house the day before without any problems. Charlotte at Bearaby went above and beyond and ensured the warehouse team reshipped it, confirming their address, and including special delivery instructions to UPS. She kept me updated at every step until it was delivered successfully! Even better, my in-laws loved the weighted blanket.
Ordered a Snuggler which arrived a few days later - satisfied until this point. Although they claim it to keep the temperature for up to an hour, it hardly lasts 20 minutes - I therefore inquired via email for a return label (which is free and you can request within 14 days even without explanation, according to their website). I didn't get a reply for 10 days now, nor to the second mail I sent. Their strategy obviously is to make the return process as effortful as possible, hoping for parts of their customers to just give up along the way - what a shame!
Outstanding Customer Service! The team was amazing in resolving my issue with my lounger and responded to my emails immediately. I own both the Bearaby Lounger and a weighted blanket, and I couldn’t be happier. They’ve made a huge difference to my sleep.
The folks at Bearaby are so helpful and communicative. I had to exchange my napper because the one I got was too cooling (they did too good of a job!). The one I have now is perfect and helps me get incredible sleep. So grateful.
I love this company because of their product ( the weighted lap blanket that you can microwave) PLUS the EXCELLENT customer service!!!!! I reached out to customer service and they were amazing!!! 10 stars!!!!!
This company has been a terrible experience for me. I tried to order a blanket which never arrived because UPS delivered it to the wrong place. The customer service response from Bearaby has been terrible. They finally got confirmation from UPS that UPS had located the parcel and told me it would be delivered despite me telling them 4 times I no longer wanted the item and just wanted my money back. Bearaby said the parcel had to be returned by me before refund, but it STILL has not arrived. they "kindly" said they would waive the refund fee. At present - it has been almost 2 months since I ordered something and nothing has arrived and I have wasted hours and hours repeatedly asking Bearaby to give me back my money. Be very careful about ordering from here.
Ordered a weighted blanket on presale for Jan 12th 2026. After several delays, no definitive shipment date has been sent. I am initiating a process of a Final Deadline as a consumer protected by Directive 2011/83/EU. Will probably have to move to EU ODR. At this point is not even about the refund, is about the lack of accountability. Strongly advice not to do business with them.
I love supporting small businesses and Bearaby is one of the best. Their weighted blankets are made with high quality materials and it is the most comfortable, therapeutic blankets I own. Customer service is top notch. Highly recommend!
The delivery time from ordering to receiving the blanket was impressively fast. I appreciated having material options and went with the cotton choice, which turned out to be ideal for me—comfortable and cozy without overheating. It's perfect for year-round use. I've already washed and dried it without any problems. I'm very pleased with my self-gift this holiday season.
My order came quick! Bearaby consistently kept me in the loop from shipping, exact tracking all the way until it arrived to my front door. My Napper is beyond what I expected! It is thick but breathable, snuggle for sure with this blanket! Most importantly I am a clean fanatic and washed it at a local Laundromat. I used a very large machine , cold water, delicate cycle, Woolite, and of course it took 3 drying cycles on warm heat. Amazing! No color fade, no shrinking, no stretchage, and I plan to order another for hubby. Please note I am not receiving any monetary or compensation from Bearaby for my factual review.
