I ordered 3 plants from Beards and Daisies that were delivered with no problems. They were good quality and the ceramic pots jsir Lovley. So ordered 5 more plants, with some more additional pots, potting soil, watering can and in total £180 confidant that my first order went well so looking forward to receiving my next 5 plants and pots an additional bits. Sadly the experience was nothing like the first. Three of plants were nothing like advertised, one of the pants was completely out of the soil and the soil all over the bottom of the box, the plant was battered, that cost £16!
The pots were plastic not ceramic and cheap and nasty not of any value. Unlike the previous ceramic pots were nice and of quality (not plastic)
I emailed Beards and Daisies on the 24th February, no reply, I email again on the 26th February - no reply. Last email sent today, which is the last chance before I then have no option that to open a chaegback with credit card company.
If you want to risk all of this when you could go down the grande centre and pay a third of the price, yes you need to do a bit of green fingers, but I would advise against using this company as they are fundamentally flawed on providing the products they claim they can and the customer service well, that’s non existent. I have used easyplant and they are very good at delivery and package the product in such a way that you will never really have a problem and the products are as advertised. A there customer service is exceptional compared to non existent in the case of Beards and Daisies.
