Review Time
I ordered 3 plants from Beards and Daisies that were delivered with no problems. They were good quality and the ceramic pots jsir Lovley. So ordered 5 more plants, with some more additional pots, potting soil, watering can and in total £180 confidant that my first order went well so looking forward to receiving my next 5 plants and pots an additional bits. Sadly the experience was nothing like the first. Three of plants were nothing like advertised, one of the pants was completely out of the soil and the soil all over the bottom of the box, the plant was battered, that cost £16!
The pots were plastic not ceramic and cheap and nasty not of any value. Unlike the previous ceramic pots were nice and of quality (not plastic)
I emailed Beards and Daisies on the 24th February, no reply, I email again on the 26th February - no reply. Last email sent today, which is the last chance before I then have no option that to open a chaegback with credit card company.
If you want to risk all of this when you could go down the grande centre and pay a third of the price, yes you need to do a bit of green fingers, but I would advise against using this company as they are fundamentally flawed on providing the products they claim they can and the customer service well, that’s non existent. I have used easyplant and they are very good at delivery and package the product in such a way that you will never really have a problem and the products are as advertised. A there customer service is exceptional compared to non existent in the case of Beards and Daisies.
Absolutely wonderful. The service I received from here was second to none and they even sent out a replacement plant free of charge no questions asked. Their plant advice is invaluable and so welcoming to us novices and to be told to come back anytime for more help is brilliant.

Ordered a matt pot and received a plastic flimsy pot too big for the plant which cost £32!
I only bought this as it was advertised as an extra with the plant (there were smaller ones for cheaper when I searched but they recommended the most expensive which was too big)!
I emailed 5 days ago... no response... then I received an email asking for a review.
I emailed again asking about a refund before I left a review... still no response!
So I have reviewed.
Buyers beware they do not respond to enquiries and the pot I bought was not as advertised!
I have ordered plants from Beards & Daisies many times. On one occasion one of the leaves on the plant was slightly damaged. The plant was a gift so I contacted the company and they sent me out a replacement. Fantastic customer service.
Beautiful healthy plants and quick delivery. I bought several smaller plants who are all very happy in their new home. I also got a giant monstera - it’s arrived lush and happy. One leaf got damaged on delivery which is a shame but you can tell that the shop cares so well for their plants.
I made a pre order on 16th January to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Nothing has turned up. No response to emails or messages via Facebook or telephone.
Scammers do not use!!!!
I had a delivery issue with Beard & Daisies caused by their delivery company. I ordered live plants as a bereavement gift and paid for the delivery service. I emailed Bears and Daisies with a change for the delivery and the delivery company was directly contacted, yet both failed to honor the change. The live plants never received. Beard & Daisies is taking corrective measures and replacing the plants
Update: B&D have been quick to respond and address my concerns, so I am very appreciative of that. Shannon was super helpful and apologetic, so I am more than happy to change my review based on this service. They are a small business and I also apologise for not recognising that.
No acknowledgement of my order after a week, yet took my money the next day, I have emailed 3 times and got no response, I will be raising a dispute with my bank now. Will not order from these again.
Ordered a plant with next day shipping (paying extra) and the plant didn't arrive for three days, missing the event it was bought for.
When it finally did arrive, it had been packed upside down in the Beard & Daisies box, then inverted by DPD, crushing the box and the plant and spilling soil everywhere.
I've been chasing the company for five days without a response.
No delivery so far, no answer to emails querying this only communication was an automated email after the 5-6 working days was up saying:
"We hate sending emails like this but we’re sorry to let you know that we are running slightly behind with dispatching your order within our usual standard timeframe (2-5 working days) – this means your order could be delivered a few days later than we’d originally stated.
Please accept our sincere apologies and rest assured that we are currently pulling out all the stops to catch up. We are aiming for your order to leave our nursery within the next 5 working days and you’ll receive an email notification as soon as it has been dispatched."
