1. The package did not arrive directly at my home but at a distant agency, which was a hassle for me. There are companies that send via Israel Post and it arrives in my community, which is much more convenient. 2. I paid for a pair of socks and did not receive them. There was no immediate feedback on whether everything arrived in order and how to complain. I did not find any option that would simplify the process.
