Barefoot company treated me right. I had ordered two pairs of shoes about six months ago love them so much decide to order a couple more. I’m going on vacation and when they came, they were too short just by a little bit. I called him up and told him that the old size 12 is OK but the new size 12 is a little bit short they run away sent me out the next size bigger which is just perfect and I’m happy thank you barefoot.com
I absolutely love these shoes. I now have two pair of the Clouders (black & grey) I'll probably never buy another shoe for walking. I have wide feet anyway, problems from a bunion surgery almost 20 years ago and a bunion on my left foot that I refuse to have surgery on and I can walk 3 sometime 4 miles a day in these shoes. I haven't been able to do that in a very long time without pain. I'm pain free when walking now.
Was skeptical being a chinese drop shipment. Was here under two weeks. Would pay extra to not have to use USPS. Was actually surprised by quality and comfort. Find myself wearing all the time and not just the gym
One pair was 2 sizes too big, but the return was painless and very quick, and I reordered a different size. NO Cost to me, and they wanted to have me donate the other pair to someone who needs them instead of sending back.
I ordered AND returned three other brands of bare-foot sneakers. They were cheap and and even after checking size charts, did not fit well. I ordered the insoles also. I LOVE my bearefoots. Thank you for an excellent product.
Do not buy from this company. They advertise one thing, then don’t honor it. When I tried to exchange the shoes, they refused. Customer service was unhelpful and showed zero interest in solving the issue. They also make you pay return shipping. Finally: the shoes are not waterproof as implied/advertised. Very poor experience.
Since getting bearefoot shoes I have had almost no hip and knee pain, which was a constant before with other shoes.

By all that I can tell from the website and the order follow up this company is a scam. Firstly, there is a saying that goes something like this- if it seems to good to be true then it probably is. All shoes discounted 60% off? Clue #1. I was dumb and ordered anyway. Two weeks after ordering I still have zero shipping/delivery information. Tracking is not possible- leads nowhere. The vague “at international airport” is all I get. My emails to customer support gey that exact reply as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
These shoes are Persian carpets for your feet, I was skeptical and took 2 weeks to convince myself to try these shoes. Honestly, I haven't regretted it, I've already recommended two friends try these shoes. They are my first pair but definitely not the last. I would recommend them, the sizes guide is also very accurate 👌
Hi good day at first I was very sceptical about the shoes 👟 . When I finally decided to buy me a pair i wasn't sorry it was best i could do my feet was very Happy and so I'm I i think everyone should give it a try it's the best thing to do for your feet.
