The customer service for this company has failed. I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes each different styles from bearefoot. The Ramblers I purchased failed the loops that hold the lace has ripped away from the shoe. I contacted customer service and asked for an exchange. They requested my order number for proof of purchase and photos of the issue. I emailed the requested info. They sent me a link and said I should have no problems processing the exchange. They were wrong the link kept giving me an error so I contacted them again got a different rep and they asked for the same info which I sent by email for the 2nd time and then was sent the same link. I advised Mike that I already received this link and it wont let me process the exchange. Mike appologized and said he would foward the issue to mamagement. I waited 8 days and heard nothing from anybody. I contacted customer service again and they took around the loop for the 3rd time acting like it was my 1st time contacting them. I was sent the same link and when I said it doesnt work they said again they would forward the issue to management. We are now going on 12 days since the 1st time I was advised the issue was being forwarded to management still not even an update. I will never purchase from this company again. If I am asked about the shoes I will be directing them to their competitors. Hopefully they have better customer service
