Beware of this company! There’s no option to rate them zero, so I’m giving one star. It’s a scam. I ordered four pairs of shoes and paid for two pairs under a promotional deal, but only received confirmation for three. When I contacted customer service, they claimed I ordered after the promotion ended, yet their website still advertises the same deal. A week after my purchase, the shipment status still says 'order received.' The automated emails are repetitive and unhelpful. My order was a significant amount for Christmas gifts for my family, and I have yet to receive anything. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. It’s been a costly lesson.
