I am extremely disappointed as a returning customer. I ordered my second pair of barefoot shoes, but they didn’t fit, even though they were the same size as my first pair. The exchange process is very frustrating since they don’t offer a larger size. I’ve contacted the support team several times, but it doesn’t seem like anyone is truly reviewing my messages. The shoes are expensive, and the service is lacking. I would recommend seeking another brand. They spend heavily on marketing but very little on customer support, which is disheartening.
