I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this service. I purchased a pair of shoes about two months ago, and after nearly three weeks of waiting for delivery, the shoes were uncomfortably tight despite ordering my usual size, and the material appeared very cheap, completely unlike what was advertised. I attempted to return the shoes, but the website failed to generate a returns label. I reached out for assistance, and a representative named Max requested a screenshot from me. I sent the screenshot over a month ago, and since then, I have received no further communication. BE CAUTIOUS WITH THIS SITE; THEIR SHOES ARE OF POOR QUALITY, AND THEY DO NOT HONOR RETURNS DESPITE THEIR CLAIMS OF A NO QUESTIONS ASKED POLICY.
