I ordered three pairs in UK size 7, as that was the only option available on the website. However, they sent EU size 40, which is actually closer to UK size 6. The shoes don't even have a UK size labeled. After reaching out to the support team, I received several responses thanking me for my concerns, but ultimately I was just given a link for returns. When I filled out the return form, I was offered a 50% refund while being told to keep the shoes. Why would I keep shoes that are too small for me? I declined the offer, only to be told that the item was not eligible for return. I could exchange for a size 41 (which are the EU sizes listed on the return portal), but I would have to pay a $30 shipping fee for their mistake. If there had been an option for EU sizes when I ordered, I would have selected a size 41. They misrepresented their products by offering UK size 7 shoes that don't exist, sent an incorrect size, and then refused to accept a return. Very disappointing experience.
