I had a problem with my order so I first sent an email to the address listed on the "contact information" page, which auto-replied with instructions to submit a message through the support page on the website. Despite sending four messages and a twitter DM, I have yet to receive a single response anywhere. Because I have been waiting more than three weeks, I submitted a review on their website directly today indicating such. It is currently nowhere to be found on the product page. To be clear, I received my shipment on December 31st 2025 and I have been trying to get in contact with the company since January 6th 2026, well within my entitled two weeks. It's a shame because the customer service was very good to me when I made my first order back in ~2022.
