Review Time
I ordered shoes in the wrong size (my bad). I sent a refund request the day I received them on February 11th. No response. Sent an email on the 17th. No response. Just sent another email today, the 20th, as I am approaching the 14 day return period and am quite frustrated that the company has yet to even acknowledge me. Save yourself the money and do not order from their website. The AI chat bot kept sending broken links to the return form and was of no actual help. Will update if I ever hear back and can return my shoes.
Update 2: We're going to do an exchange for the product. I'll wait until everything is done before I completely change the rating.
Update: They have reached out to me this morning. When I actually get a resolution I will update this review again.
I had a problem with my order so I first sent an email to the address listed on the "contact information" page, which auto-replied with instructions to submit a message through the support page on the website. Despite sending four messages and a twitter DM, I have yet to receive a single response anywhere. Because I have been waiting more than three weeks, I submitted a review on their website directly today indicating such. It is currently nowhere to be found on the product page. To be clear, I received my shipment on December 31st 2025 and I have been trying to get in contact with the company since January 6th 2026, well within my entitled two weeks. It's a shame because the customer service was very good to me when I made my first order back in ~2022.

Got a pair of these shoes for Christmas that were supposed to be true to size, however; once I tried them on they were so small. Attempted to return them, but the person that purchased them for me as a gift did so on Black Friday - so am stuck with shoes I cannot wear due to their 14 day return policy. Their poor customer service and refusal to reimburse a Christmas present is disgusting. If you are thinking of purchasing an item from them DO NOT! Go to Amazon and purchase any of the same type of shoes there so if it doesn’t fit you will be guaranteed good customer service and a refund/return.
I had inadvertently rated the wrong company, I was trying to rate bearefoot, not Bearfoot with a poor rating. Ryan from Bearfoot did a reach out with regards to my review. My apologies to Bearfoot! You have been very professional in responding to my initial review of unfortunately the wrong company! 5 stars for you customer service and I will definitely check out your product!
I ordered the wrong size initially (my fault!) but Bearfoot worked with me to return and get my correct size no problem. I own two pairs, a hightop and lowtop, and they're both amazing. I've owned the lowtops for over a year and they're still in great condition, same with the hightops, although I've only had them for a few months. I mostly use them in the gym but they're also great for hiking - I love how you can feel the earth with every step but yet it's still incredibly comfortable. More please!
I have had nothing but a positive experience dealing with this Company. I recently received the new boots made in Fargo, North Dakota (USA!) and am very impressed with the workmanship and feel of the boot. I will definitely be adding those to my collection of Bearfoot products and keeping a close eye for new items going forward!
Surprisingly, BEARFOOT reached out to me, to track my shipment of January 2025. It appears the courier lost the package, and they are willing to send me a new order of the item and also a refund for my inconvenience. This is great customer service for BEARFOOT to reach out to me.
What joke. I buy a pair, it doesn't fit. Return no problem and get a new size. I don't like them, return no problem. This is where it gets great. They don't refund me or stop my payments. Nothing. So I put in a dispute and get an email right back (sent over 3 over the course of a month with nothing)They say they don't want my money and are trying to refund me. I send an email a week after asking for progress. This company is either run by 2 people or a team of incompetent people. So disappointed because the owner is awesome. Oh well.
