I was very impressed with how affordable my Bear original mattress was as well as the use of health-conscious materials. Also, although the third-party company that offers discounts for hospital workers declined me, when I reached out to Bear directly with my info and documentation of being a hospital worker, they very kindly gave me the same discount which I very much appreciated. The mattress is firm and comfortable which is what I was looking for. I have been having some neck shoulder pain but think I need to research and look into what pillow I should be using with a firm mattress to help resolve that issue. Otherwise, I can tell I am not waking up during the night as much as I used to with my old pillow top mattress and that I am sleeping relatively well after nearly a month of sleeping on it.
