E' una settimana che scriviamo e non rispondono.EDIT: dopo la recensione negative, guarda caso, le cose si sono smosse e Beastcom ha provveduto a ritirare il PC e cambiarlo con uno funzionante. Cambiamo il voto in pienamente positivo.Alla fine sono stati professionali, voto meno positivo per Mediaworld che non è chiara su chi vende e da dove. We bought from them a PC, which turned to be defective.We wrote their customer support, and after a very professional email where they would RMA it, they never did and stopped replying. We wrote several emails for a week, they ignored us and the PC is defective.EDIT: after the negative review, finally, Beastcom hasreplaced the PC and it is working perfectly. We change our vote to a complete positive. Not so positive is Mediaworld that doesn't clearly explain who do you buy from.
