Via amazon.de. The PC arrived very swiftly, however, there was an issue with activating windows 11. I contacted their support and immediately I got a response and they helped me fix the very minor issue. Thank you again, the PC is amazing. You have a happy customer in Vienna:-)
Customer service is incredibly slow. I placed my initial order over two months ago now and still don't have a PC that matches the specs I paid for. After an initial wait of nearly a month, I finally received a PC, but it didn't work. A few weeks after that I received a replacement which works, but has a lower spec that what I ordered. All this time customer service have admittedly been very friendly, but it usually takes around a week for them to reply to my emails.

Fantastic computer! I'm very happy with my purchase; the computer has worked perfectly since I bought it in February 2025. I had a problem due to a Windows update in December 2025. I contacted Beastcom, who responded quickly and provided me with a new Windows Pro key. I highly recommend them without hesitation. Very good pro seller
An absolute nightmare experience with Beastcom. The delivery of the parcel delayed by 2 weeks, the parcel not properly protected thus ordered computer was damaged. Cannot connect when calling the service line to get instructions how to return. Stay away from this company.
