I requested a refund, but they tried to persuade me to accept free lenses instead. When I declined, they claimed it was too late for a refund, even though it had only been three days since I ordered. I have proof of my claims, and I just received a notification saying my item is preparing to ship. I feel like this is a scam. BEWARE. This situation is troubling, and I plan to contact the better business bureau.
