I ordered contacts on February 10 and paid extra for express shipping (5–9 business days). As the delivery window approached, there was still no tracking or shipping update. When I contacted customer service, I received the same copy-paste response twice with no real information.
After mentioning a refund, they suddenly provided tracking, but it only shows “label created” / “info received.” After almost a week now I contacted Gofo Express directly, and they confirmed the package has not reached their facility yet, meaning it hasn’t actually been handed over. Very disappointing communication and misleading shipping expectations, especially after paying for express. My order number: US121503
This is wat happened to me this month i went to order some contacts from Beaueye put in my card info took my money but not my order i still have a case against them to get my money back and will never do business with them again so people be careful.
Total scam! I ordered on Jan 16, 2026. Tracking was updated Jan 19th saying it shipped & today is February 4th and tracking hasn't been updated since. I emailed customer service & keep getting the same canned response. Asked for a refund and they said after they ship them they cannot refund. Don't waste your time!
I'm puzzled by the low ratings because the packaging was exceptional. Everything was neatly arranged, and the colors are stunning. The price is even more appealing! I haven't tested them on my eyes yet, but I'll keep you updated.
The packaging of my products was impressive, truly deserving of 5 stars. However, the shipping time was just average. I was excited about the three pairs of yearly contacts I ordered, but the delivery was a bit slow. While the colors were nice, they weren't as realistic as those from other suppliers. My main issues were the fit; they felt okay but had a cone shape that resembled the tip of an egg. Additionally, the center didn't align well with my pupil, as it was too large and left part of my eye exposed, which looked odd. The only way my pupil could fill the gap was in dim light when it would expand. I've never encountered this issue before, and it's disappointing that all three pairs were affected. I wouldn't consider ordering from here again.

They keep asking for my shipping address, which I provided correctly when I placed my order. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this, including offering additional details and even contacting the shipping partner directly, I am met with the same unhelpful responses. I've requested to speak to a supervisor but received no reply. My frustration has only grown as I feel that no one at the company is genuinely addressing my concerns. Customer service should be about understanding and assisting customers, but my experience shows a complete lack of support. After over a month of communication, I still have no order, no refund, and no acknowledgment of my inconvenience. I would rate this experience as a 1-star, and if a 0-star option existed, I would choose that. I hope this feedback serves as a warning for potential buyers.
While the company has beautiful lenses, I will never order from them again. My last experience was frustrating, taking three months to receive three pairs. I requested a refund, but they tried to persuade me to accept free lenses instead. When I declined, they claimed it was too late for a refund, even though it had only been three days since I ordered. I have proof of my claims, and I just received a notification saying my item is preparing to ship. I feel like this is a scam. BEWARE. This situation is troubling, and I plan to contact the better business bureau.
