Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend this service to anyone. I placed my order on October 30th, 2025, expecting delivery within 7-14 days, but I am still waiting for my order. The support team has only sent me the same generic response since my first inquiry. They keep asking for my shipping address, which I provided correctly when I placed my order. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this, including offering additional details and even contacting the shipping partner directly, I am met with the same unhelpful responses. I've requested to speak to a supervisor but received no reply. My frustration has only grown as I feel that no one at the company is genuinely addressing my concerns. Customer service should be about understanding and assisting customers, but my experience shows a complete lack of support. After over a month of communication, I still have no order, no refund, and no acknowledgment of my inconvenience. I would rate this experience as a 1-star, and if a 0-star option existed, I would choose that. I hope this feedback serves as a warning for potential buyers.
